Customer Acquisition Managers are responsible for analysing customer behaviour and needs, with reference to market research, to formulate actionable initiatives and campaigns for customer acquisitions. They also recruit new customers through different traditional and digital channels to expand the client base. Brand/product promotion in various platforms will be launched to increase customer engagement and business turnover.
