Responsibilities

Hotel Reservations Clerks process all reservation inquiries, bookings and related customer service requests as well as preparing reservation confirmation and arrival reports for relevant departments.

Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements

Professional Diploma/ Diploma or equivalent

Work experience

1 to 3 years' relevant working experience is preferable

Industry specific capabilities
Knowledge in front office operations software
Knowledge in Property Management System
Related education and training
Degree or above
