Responsibilities

Room Attendants clean and tidy guest rooms and relevant public areas. They replenish supplies in guest rooms and maintain records on all items such as extra linen, hair dryers as required by in-house guests. Room Attendants prepare laundry and valet bills and perform other routine office duties. Duties also include providing relevant customer service to guests.

Secondary 3 – 4

Work experience

1 to 3 years' relevant working experience is preferable

Knowledge in using and maintenance of the relevant cleaning equipment
