Responsibilities
Station Officers perform station duties including platform supervision and train service recovery, station crowd control and inspection, manning of Customer Service Centres and handling of Automatic Fare Collection equipment.
Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements
Grade E/ Level 2 or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE/ HKDSE
Work experience
At least 1 year's experience, preferably gained in customer service related industry
Industry specific capabilities
Knowledge and skills in crowd control
