Responsibilities

Event Co-ordinators assist the catering/banquet/event department to generate mainly food and beverage revenue through effective selling, coordination and successful operation of the events. They provide support to Assistant Managers and Managers.

Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements

Professional Diploma/ Diploma or equivalent

Work experience

1 to 2 years' relevant working experience is preferable

Industry specific capabilities
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Supervisors
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers
Related education and training
Degree or above
MSc International Hospitality and Tourism Management
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management
BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Business Management
BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management
