Responsibilities

Estate Surveyors offer professional advice relating to property investment and development such as development potential of properties and land resumption compensation matters. Estate Surveyors act on client's behalf in lease modification, land exchange applications and other land administration works. They also conduct property market studies. They deal with the public administration, management and leasing of lands and buildings. They value all types of real property for purchase, sale, letting, investment, rating and taxation. Estate Surveyors advise client on property valuation, feasibility study and statutory compensation.

A recognised bachelor's degree in surveying or equivalent qualifications

Work experience

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
