Responsibilities
Facilities Managers plan, organise and manage facilities including commercial, residential and recreational facilities. Facilities Managers also co-ordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors and other professionals and contractors and introduce measures to maximise cost-effectiveness.

Academic requirements
A higher diploma or an associate degree in facilities management, estate management, construction, engineering, building services engineering, surveying or relevant discipline, or equivalent
Work experience
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience

Facilities management knowledge and skills
Technical knowledge of building services
