Responsibilities
Spa Concierges monitor the spa appointment bookings; greet and escort the clients to the correct locations within the spa area. They answer clients enquiries regarding spa treatments, facilities and related services and handle the retail of products.
Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements
Professional Diploma/ Diploma or equivalent
Work experience
1 to 3 years' relevant working experience is preferable
Industry specific capabilities
Knowledge in relevant booking system and maintenance
Related education and training
Degree or above

Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Sports and Recreation Management
