Responsibilities
Quality Assurance/ Control Engineers plan, supervise and co-ordinate the quality control and assurance activities of all technical aspects in all phases of the building construction and civil engineering process to ensure that materials and processes comply with standards, specifications, safety and environmental regulations, especially under the ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 series.
Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements
typically have a higher diploma or an associate degree in civil engineering
Work experience
usually have some work experiences in a related occupation
Industry specific capabilities
Relevant engineering project management knowledge and skills
Professional knowledge and skills in quality assurance/ control engineering
Related education and training
Degree or above
Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Surveying
Higher Diploma
Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies
Higher Diploma in Architectural Technology and Design
Higher Diploma in Building Studies
