Responsibilities
Tour Escorts (Outbound) meet the tour groups at relevant departing point to lead and take care of the members throughout the trip travelling via air, sea or other means of transportation over preplanned routes. They assist tourists with travel arrangements such as visas, passports, health certificates, meals, accommodations and assist tourists to plan individual sightseeing trips. They will need to answer enquiries and handle complaints and to provide assistance as required including those with special needs, e.g. small children, elderly or disabled persons.
Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements
Secondary 5/ HKDSE or above
Work experience
1 to 2 years' relevant working experience is preferable

Outbound Tour Escorts Accreditation System
Knowledge on tour relevant insurance and levy
Related education and training
Degree or above
BSc (Hons) International Tourism Management
BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management
Higher Diploma
Higher Diploma in Tourism and MICE
