Responsibilities

Property Officers assist Estate & Property Managers in handling all property management related duties, and overseeing the daily operations and activities of commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.

Basic qualification requirements
Academic requirements
A diploma, preferably in property/ housing management or equivalent qualifications
Work experience
3 to 5 years' work experience in the field of property management
Industry specific capabilities
Estate & property management legal knowledge and skills
Professional knowledge in organising owners incorporation
Related education and training
Degree or above
