「見」．築．人．事 Photo Competition
Participants are required to submit a photo that shows appreciation and narrates the daily work of practitioners and professionals in the Building, Civil Engineering and Built Environment (BCE) industry, highlights the unique structural features of new buildings, innovative construction technologies, or describes the interactions between construction projects and the communities or the changes to the living environment. The works should illustrate the theme "construction, people, and things" you see, as well as their interesting stories behind and their contributions to the society.
A photo shooting workshop by a professional photographer / director will be provided to introduce photo shooting skills and techniques for exploring theme for their entries.
Winners of the Photo Competition 2025 will receive up to HK$6,000 cash prize, medals and award certificates. They will also be offered the opportunities to visit the renowned construction company, or participate in the taster courses offered by the Department of Construction, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE). A trophy will be presented to the school of the winners at the awards presentation ceremony tentatively scheduled for May 2025.
