Responsibilities

Valuation Surveyors prepare valuations of different types of properties for various purposes, such as sale, purchase, letting, financing, disposal, acquisition and public listing. Valuation Surveyors conduct feasibility studies on all types of properties. They also act as expert witness, independent valuer or arbitrator in valuation disputes.

A recognised bachelor's degree in surveying or equivalent qualifications
Work experience
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Industry specific capabilities
Professional knowledge and skills in valuation

Related education and training
Degree or above
BSc (Hons) Building Surveying
Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Surveying
Higher Diploma
Higher Diploma in Real Estate and Property Management
Higher Diploma in Surveying
Professional Diploma/Certificate
Professional Diploma in Land Surveying
