Responsibilities
Research and Development Officers evaluate current production workflow and develop process improvement opportunities. They involve in new product development, follow the production process closely, keep track and apply the new technology in the production process. They also provide technical support to production, marketing, and purchasing business units.

Higher diploma in research and product development, or equivalent
Work experience
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
