Responsibilities
Real Estate Agents provide services in relation to the sale, purchase, rental and lease of real property, usually on behalf of clients and on a commission basis. They mediate negotiations between potential buyers/ tenants and property owners. They also develop and maintain networks of banks, mortgage companies, and contractors so as to make necessary referrals.
