參加者可透過參觀中華廚藝學院及國際廚藝學院設施，以及參與廚藝體驗活動，在模擬真實環境下，了解訓練廚房實務操作，包括中華廚藝學院名氣堂、中式訓練餐廳、香草園、廚藝館、地中海訓練廚房等。
活動地點：薄扶林
報名以學校為單位，部分活動舉行日期與時間可按學校需要而定，歡迎老師查詢與報名。由於活動名額有限，如報名學校數目/ 人數超出活動限額，將以抽籤形式處理。
